Funny video I just watched on YouTube.
A long time ago we used to do that at a gallery opening at my Alma Mater: serve cheap and expensive wines, with the labels washed off and replaced with our own. The labels showed Dürer's Rhino with the inscription "Sixpack", which was the name of our exhibition. You could not tell by the labels which was which. It was supposed to be a statement about art appreciation and expertise. If the label said "Picasso", then it had to be brillant ......... so they are looking for the signature, not at the art.
