Mixing body motions in balance
Hey you!
If you know me since a while, by now you certainly know that I love to try out and mix everything.
So here I am again, experimenting this time: Slackline Juggling!
The hard part is that you can't use your hands to keep your balance. So the hips, chest and legs have to do all the work. I felt that it was a really good exercise for my body and my brain. My abdomen and neurons were in fire after this pleasant monkey experiment.
It was a wonderful mediation. I will certainly explore the concept deeper in the future.
