The main items for making wau are bamboo, paper, glue and blade.
制造瓦的主要项目是竹，纸，胶和刀片。
They Design the details by cutting few layers of colour paper , they mixed them up and make a beautiful Craft .

Compare to a standard kite , Wau is about 2.8 meters wide and 4.0 meters long. furthermore , there some spaces on the wau itself that can also be used for decoration / Design .
Wau has four main parts: head, wings, waist and tail. To make a big, attractive and beautiful one is not an easy job.
