Common sense
Humans have a term common sense which is not even understood by humans correctly. It sometimes makes a human selfish. When human knows it is in problem it tends to send someone else under the bus then itself. It is also helpful understanding the tone of next person like is the person being sarcastic or what.
In AI we ae not able to give them this common sense yet. We might be able to do it in future sometime but in this time we can’t. so an AI device would not be differentiating between a serious fact or a sarcastic question. It’s not able to separate a sad news from a joke to it they all will be facts.
