The orange fractal circles have been placed in the centre of the floral graphic motifs..for an unusual look. You do not find people using fractal designs often, in other art work, as part of a layer..but who knows!!
The floral scrolls were created digitally on Corel Photo Paint in a freehand style, with no preparation beforehand.
