Hello everyone! May God bless us with His never ending grace, mercy and love. How's life everyone? I hope you are doing fine as I.
Today's share is about the picnic we had at the farm, well it was never really intended a picnic, it was just lunch but a new environment gives a huge difference, right? Have you done this?
It was a lovely and sunny Sunday when I and my family went to the farm. My mother in law was harvesting her cassava and we are there to help her. Along the way, we saw these greeneries, some dairy cows grazing at the pasture the owner gave them and it was wonderful to the eyes; my kids are in awe in watching them so I gave it a small stop for them to enjoy. They are very happy and they are calling the cows and mimicking their sound.
We also came across the algae infested swamp from the accumulated water which are mostly from the piggery nearby, I joked to my kids that there was a crocodile living on the swamp and they hurried me to get out of the area. Anyway, the place looks exemplary
When we arrived, the kids are very grateful especially my son because he only visits the farm seldomly. Here are some of the stuff we brought .
The farm looks really nice because one can see very wide if you are used to being at a four-walled room like my wife, then you will definitely feel free on this location.
But it was scorching hot at 11 am and we had to hide ourselves on the shade of the huge mango tree. Then everyone got hungry; we brought the rice we cooked at home that morning and we also brought instant noodles for viand to which my wife cooked in the farm.
We are used to this humble activities and it is rally nice, a different kind of activity to be enjoyed especially for the kids.
Then all of a sudden we hear a loud noise, it turned out to be a helicopter passing by and the kids all came to se it, we also saw a heart shaped cloud too and I and my wife think it was very romantic.
The kids think we are having a picnic, and they enjoyed it so much maybe some day they woudl understand deeper, but the love will always be there. We are not rich, and the main reason why we are here is poverty, we do have income yes but it was only to make ends meet, despite our effort to save and invest but perhaps it's not yet our time to more to a better status but I know that God is watching and will be rewarding us soon from our hard work.
This will be all for now, thanks you so much for your time an support. One day , I know, I will look back to this wonderful moment when I and my kids are having fun and joy in littlest of things.
