A team of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) arrested him on Tuesday night. CID Special Police Super (SS) Molla Nazrul Islam confirmed the information.
Molla Nazrul Islam said that he was arrested in a case filed by musician and singer Shafique Tuhin in Tejgaon Police Station. Case number 14 Asif Akbar will be handed over to the court.
