Julian Assange and Chelsea Manning are both in custody in relation to the Wikileaks accusations. Assange will likely have the book thrown at him, with many charges pending.
Chelsea Manning is being held in contempt of court. Julian Assange will likely be charged for breaking into a government computer and publishing the documents he and Manning acquired.
As to the extent of the charges to be levided, your guess is as good as mine.
Assange has been in custody since April 11th, and Manning has been held since late March. We shall see what happens.
