Hey Steemians, hier ist der zweite Teil meiner „Krampnitz“- Fotoserie. In der Vergangenheit haben in Krampnitz zur Höchstzeit über 11000 Menschen gelebt, vergleichbar mit einer deutschen mittelgroßen Kleinstadt. Obwohl die Gebäude zum Großteil entkernt sind, kann man noch viele Zeugnisse der Zeit finden.

The cavalry and tank academy was created in 1935 in Potsdam district Krampnitz. The site of the military facility is about 120 ha in size. The formative buildings are the tower, the officers 'mess hall, the officers' dormitory and the ensign dormitory. The terrain is used as a backdrop, so here scenes shot for the movies Enemy at the Gates, Resident Evil, My Guide, Inglourious Basterds, Effi Briest and Monuments Men.
Die Kavallerie- und Panzertruppenschule Krampnitz (Heeres-Reitschule) entstand 1935 im Potsdamer Ortsteil Krampnitz. Das Gelände der Militäranlage ist rund 120 ha groß. Die prägenden Bauten sind der weithin sichtbare Turm , das Offizierkasino, das Offizierswohnheim und das Fähnrichswohnheim. Das Gelände wird als Kulisse genutzt, so wurden hier u. a. Szenen zu den Kinofilmen Enemy at the Gates, Resident Evil, Mein Führer, Inglourious Basterds, Effi Briest und Monuments Men gedreht.
