Companies promise a lot of things. But are they always true ?
I am not gonna comment about the others. But, Dairy Queen is certainly not one of the liars.
The Blizzard is one of the iconic soft-serves offered by Dairy Queen. It is basically a soft-serve mechanically blended with mix-in ingredients such as sundae toppings and/or pieces of cookies, brownies, or candy.
Ok now what's so special about it ?
The Blizzard has been around for more than 3 decades now. Dairy Queen wanted to spice things up to rejuvenate the market's liking for the product. They rolled out a challenge to its customers saying, "If the soft-serve spills, then its on the house".
In 2018 in a mall in Panama, Dairy Queen established a reverse store. The store was normal in all ways except it was rotated 180degrees. Professional gymnasts were hired to do the job of sales persons. Some of the customers even commented that they were drawn into a dilemma and started to doubt if it was them who were upside down.
Its like they say, the crowd likes the people who can walk the talk. The video of this store with people serving things upside down went viral then.
