Family
I didn't know this "challenge" was going on, but last night after I got off work, my family and I went out on a boat with a friend of the family. This was the first time my son had ever been out on a boat, so it was awesome to enjoy experiencing this for the first time! The weather was awesome as well with the temperatures in the low 80s °F, low humidity, calm winds, and sunny skies! We couldn't have asked for a better day on the water

Friends
The friends we went out with have been trying to get us to go out on a boat with them for a while and it just happened that everything lined up at the last minute and we were able to go. It was a fun trip overall. We headed out on Lake Michigan, pulled up to a beach and spent some time there, went back in for some ice cream, and then returned home! One of the coolest parts of the trip is the family friend has a son that's getting into youtube and I was able to share with him a little about Steemit!
Religion
We went to the beach last night to watch a water baptism. While there we got to see the pastor of the church we occasionally go to that had moved off to Hawaii to past another church. I forget the term, but he hadn't seen my son since he presented him to the church a couple of months after.
