BACK TO BASICS: Sacked the cleaner and brought back 'child labour!'

This, The Great Steem Rut is sure taking its toll on our household.

With Steem income through the floor, I have had to let go of the entire cleaning staff, along with faithful butler 'Cedric'. Very sad times indeed.

So we are getting 'back to basics' this week - reintroducing the age-old economic principle of 'Child Labour'.

Of course prying them away from the PS4 is never easy - but once they started on the back patio - they actually enjoyed themselves! Because children absolutely love to work!!

And it is not just the cleaning staff we are saving on. Gone are the Sunday roast lunches with seafood entrees... today it is back to simple Aussie Meat Pies with Tomato Sauce.

Look at this kid beaming would you. "No payment necessary Dad" he says. "Just keep a roof over my head and my belly filled with smiley face meat pies and I am one happy kid!"

This is #back2basics week at TEAM AUSTRALIA, and I say - get the children back to work! ;)
