This is why I should never have access to leftover cream cheese:

Not enough cream cheese to ice a carrot cake? Not enough determination to make cinnamon buns? No Problem.

Enter: Carrot Cupcakes!

That much cream cheese could have been dispersed on the bagels...if everyone took a little bit more. Now look what I have done.
