Grab 10 Bananas (per person)
- in this case I was making for me and my son (hence 20 bananas).
Put them in a blender with about 500ml water.
BLEND !!!
SERVE !!!

While I lived in Thailand, I did this DAILY for about 7 years.
So I can confirm with personal experience what a great thing this is ;)
You will find that you can consume way more bananas than you expect.
Drinking them as a 'shake' is far easier than eating one-by-one.
There is no potassium overload (as some people seem to fear).
you would need to consume around 200 to 300 bananas within an hour to make a potassium issue. (so its impossible).
if anyone tries telling you that fruit makes you fat, I can also confirm this to be completely untrue.
I have been consuming these shakes for 7 years already. I am SLIM.
I have MANY vegan friends that also do the same morning shake... and they are equally slim.

To be honest, the only fat people I ever see are the ones who eat junk food and unhealthy diets.
What are the benefits of this drink ?
- Plenty of important minerals.
- Abundance of energy.
- Lots of essential Vitamins.
- Better sleep at night.
- Feed your body's cellular system with correct nutrition, thus correcting any issues within your body.
- Repair body function.
- Reverse many major health problems.. (though you would also need to look at your lunch and dinner to gain maximum effects).
PS: brush your teeth if you are meeting friends, as you probably dont want to have Banana Breath ;)
