As an Addiction Expert, Life Coach, and Humanitarian, I teach a priceless principle to all my clients when they visit our life coaching center located in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
There is a law coded into the Universe known as "gravity." Gravity is no respecter of persons and neither is the law that all humans experience pain and pleasure. It is important to know how to act during each season of pain or pleasure. This will insure you lead a quality and enriched life.
Have you noticed that lush vegetation and beautiful Lilies grow in the valley? Have you noticed the top of a mountain is usually barren and lacking vegetation? Did you know grass and most plants grow at night and not during the day?
We also walk on mountain tops and through pleasurable day seasons. It's easy to see during a pleasure season because it's daylight and sunny and we are on top of a mountain.
The day/night seasons and mountain/valley patterns are likened to pleasurable/painful moments of our lives. No one escapes these highs and lows because this pattern of life is coded into the Universe.
We naturally want to walk as fast as we can through the painful dark valleys. We want the pain to stop. We want to be on top of the mountain again where we can see and it's pleasurable.
It is ill advised to hurry through the valleys. If you are going through a painful situation remember this is where you grow.
Not being able to see through the darkness causes you to stumble around. You trip and fall a lot and feel clumsy. Your knees hurt and you're busted up. The constant stumbling and falling will cause you to slow down and your third eye will begin to open. The third eye speaks of wisdom, knowledge and understanding.
All three of these qualities grow during your night seasons and valleys of pain. The more your wisdom, knowledge, and understanding grow, the brighter your day will be. The more a person grows while walking through the valley, the higher their mountaintop of pleasure will be.
Consider your valleys as the best opportunities of your life. Know these seasons of pain are to help you grow. Work your way through the painful experience with your best attitude.
Don't be in a hurry to leave. Remember that valleys are full of lush vegetation and they also contain pure springs of fresh water. Have a cool drink while you are there.
I began using this coded pattern to my advantage as a young adult. I still use it today. It's true and it's effective. I credit the large majority of my successes to knowing my seasons and behaving myself accordingly.
I'll end with this:
Don't get jealous when you notice a person on the top of a mountain and everything is flowing their way. Be happy for them because you know they just walked through a very dark and painful valley. They deserve to have pleasure and so do you.
End Notation for our cannabis-growing heroes: During the day plants convert sunlight into sugar. During the dark hours the plant uses the sugar to grow. Plants spring up at night because that is when the growing happens.
