The @battlegames tribe is a gaming community that hosts draws of rare Steem Monsters/Splinterlands cards and tokens related to other games on the STEEM blockchain. The problem is, to be able to enter their draws, one needs to stake a lot of BATTLE tokens. More than 1,000 BATTLE tokens for occasional draws, and starting in August of 2019, a minimum of 2,000 BATTLE will be required to enter month end draws.
I am interested in taking part in their draws, and ideally would like to have 2,000 BATTLE to be able to enter the draws at the end of the months. I thought of buying BATTLE from the Steem Engine market. The token was costing 0.01145 STEEM when I checked, which means I would need 22.9 STEEM to be able to buy 2,000 BATTLE. To me, that's expensive. So far, I've only placed an order for 200 BATTLE, though I chose a price below the one the token was trading at and the order wasn't filled yet. Aside from that, the posts I made using the #battle tag got me 53 BATTLE which I staked. This means I've reached 2.65% of the 2,000 goal, and once the 200 BATTLE buy order gets filled, I'll be at 12.65%.
I intend to publish more posts like this one from time to time talking about the quest's progress. All STEEM and SBD (though not the SP) earned from these "Road to 2,000 BATTLE" posts will be used for buying BATTLE tokens on the Steem Engine market, and the BATTLE from the post rewards will obviously go towards the goal too. This way, I hope to increase my amount of BATTLE tokens little by little, until I reach the 2,000 goal.

For sure, it'll be a long climb, but I believe I can get there!
