Hi guys, for those of you who read my introductory post, I did mention that I had a blog called Flavacast. I was actively creating content for it until around 2019 then I became inactive and started focusing on other ventures.
Here's an interview I did with Bboy Absrack from the Skillmethodz crew- Tampa, Florida. He talks a bit about his journey, How he approached the dance and his philosophy about breaking foundation.
