I bought a new BBQ Grill and assembled it yesterday together with my brother. I also burned some charcoal in it for the first time, but this time without any food on the grill so I can get rid of all the maybe not so good fumes of the paint that might be not so good. I will do it 2-3 times so I can be sure all of the maybe harmful gases disappeared, before I consider putting some meat or vegetable in the grill. Now in summer when it will be warm outside I plan to do some BBQ and invite some friends over to me for a gathering.
I am already looking forward to some nice and yummy meat, maybe fish and vegetables, potatoes (best when covered in Aluminium foil and put directly into the hot coal) , bread (I prefer garlic bread).
I hope I will find some nice days this summer for some BBQ in my Garden. I want to invite friends and family and maybe sometimes I will also make some BBQ for myself alone.
