The football training session conducted today at our training field, the training was a productive and engaging session for players, instructors and the coaches. The reasons for our training was to enhance, encourage the skills and teamwork of the players while focusing on various aspects of the training purposes.
The session followed a structured plan that include warm up by the players, technical drilling, small sizes game and exercise. The training began with a 20 minute warm-up routine which is varies from each other like stretching, jogging and light training so as to prepare the players physical ability and mentality for the activities ahead.
Our players engaged in a series of technical drills like passing and control, passing accuracy, control and dribbling skills and it focused on individual player abilities and development. We also show them how to be positioning, movement and team work on the field of play.
After the exercise experience we allow them to play 5 aside game to encourage teamwork and decision-making in a realistic game environment. These allow them to apply their newly acquired skills on training in a competitive setting.
The training session concluded after the 5 aside game and with the brief speech by the team coach and instructor concerning their fitness, drills and what and what to eat before training and outside training activities so as to help them get fit, recover and prevent injuries.
