When you are in another country, it is common to miss the typical foods or drinks of your country. Walking through the Barranco district (Lima, Peru) we found a Venezuelan "Chicha" stall and other desserts.
This stall sold "Golfeados" and "Chicha" which are typical desserts in Venezuela. Chicha is a rice-based drink but for its toppings it could be called a dessert because it is a very sweet drink.
This delicious glass of "chicha" had chocolate, caramel, colored chocolate chips, and oreo cookies. It was very delicious, it is usually consumed on hot days because it is a cold drink but although we were in winter season we could not miss the opportunity.
