Our best moments arise out of peace, out of clarity, out of calmly accepting all the threads of possibility that are taking shape around us.
When we are not happy with what we see happening, we become agitated and we begin to lose sensitivity to all that real time information.
As we turn to our memories and start to strategise how we will create change, we move even further from the realm of what is.
This is of course quite normal, this flipping between what is and what could be. It is quite exhausting though and very wasteful if we find ourselves always in resistance to what we see.
Constantly trying to change from emotions of dissatisfaction. When we are projecting tension and anxiety, that echoes through all our inter actions and is mirrored back at us.
Eventually we either relax or collapse, returning to the flow of what simply is.
We may even begin to see ways where we can move very little indeed and enjoy lasting benefits
