Birdette and Tony went for a walk in the woods for a minute today. They were looking for good areas to set up targets for rifle and archery practice. It's time to take out some of the overpopulated squirrels and rabbits that are insistent on driving the dogs crazy. Normally we like these little critters, but there are simply too many around. Time to thin out the herd a bit.
Birdette and Tony found this old bleach bottle top in our holler. The bottom had been found previously and had PUREX embossed on the bottom. Neat, eh?

They explored inside a hollow log for a bit. Birdette was scared.

It is getting harder to walk through the woods now that the leaves cover the loose rocks so well. Birdette almost twisted her ankle several times! It was still a good wander into a bit of the woods, even with the loose rocks and scary, dark hollow logs. Birdette and Tony hope you enjoyed their little adventure.
