If you look closely at these photos, I think you will easily understand what I am talking about. This couple is very diligent. They can be wonderful parents. But the problem is that I do not know how successful incubation will be. They try hard, but the lack of a wing spoils everything. They can not always cover the laying completely. If I see that something is wrong, I very carefully force the bird to stand up and change its position. But, unfortunately, I cannot be near them 24 hours a day, I have many other birds and animals to take care of .. I hope only that other shelters, in particular, shelter in Hungary, have a positive experience of incubating chicks by disabled birds. Nature is wise and I really hope that at the end of May we will see the little ones.
