The cryptocurrency market is known as being a very volatile space. Our job as cryptocurrencies traders is to profit from the volatility of the markets so that we stay in the green.
In my months investing in cryptocurrencies, I have found the strategy that made me thousands and I want to share it with you!
The first step of my strategy is to chose a coin that you strongly believe in! You then look at its chart during its entire existance and determine the best entry point depending of its current market cap. If you think the coin is overvalued, you have to wait for it to go down a little. You then put forward a first investment and monitor the progression of the coin!
At this point, the coin could go up or down. If it goes up, you should determine a new entry point that should be higher than your previous one to accumulate more of the coin. If it goes down, you should try to get it at an even cheaper price than your first investment.
you should keep accumulating the coin until it reaches the target market cap you set in your mind. If the coin goes up as high as you predicted then you should sell a portion of it and take profit out to invest on another coin. However, don't sell 100% of it if you truly believe in the coin and determine another low entry point in which you would accumulate more of the coin!
For this strategy to work, you need to believe strongly in the coin. I suggest you don't use it on small caps coins because they could be pumped et dumped and you could accumulate at a high price to find yourself at a loss. Be sure to invest on coins that are established and have a solid roadmap!
