Gold is global currency because any Fiat currency may be Fail in Future but Gold Always remain valuable, In case of economy breakdown, Gold has replaced fiat currency, most recent example is hyperinflation case of Zimbabwe when gold replaced Zimbabwe dollar. fiat currency is back end by gold therefore central bank of any nation accumulate USD and Gold as much as they can to print equivalence amount of their currency so that value of their currency should be alive in future.
Gold is a rare metal and its supply is limited. Demand and supply of Gold is balanced with some deviation in demand and supply with respect to time. Bitcoin supply is also limited with stable demand and supply with some deviation with respect to time. owning Bitcoin or Gold will be a same thing in future.I see more potential in Bitcoin investment because Gold is stabilize now and everybody knows about it.
Bitcoin is something new digital assets major portion of population are not aware about it. In Future Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Technology will grab the attention of people who are not aware about it. once the people know about Bitcoin everyone will try to hold some minor quantity of Bitcoin which will ultimately make bitcoin more precious than gold.
