Saw this interesting visual from cointelegraph. Bitcoin & blockchain technology will achieve universal acceptance in 2 - 3 years! Why do I believe this??? Three factors: Education, strong company support, & streamlining updates/upgrades.
EDUCATION
I am a strong believer in education! I believe once Bitcoin rolls past 10k, people will start to research Bitcoin, Ethereum, & other cryptocurrencies. This will force companies to further research blockchain technology and actually test (XRP technology & Dash) them on their networks. This will make more headlines & allow the cryptocurrency hemisphere to appeal more to the late comers...
STRONG COMPANY SUPPORT
Strong company support reaffirms my commitment to using different altcoins to expand my personal business as an entrepreneur! Some of the coins that you can currently utilize like Siacoin, Ethereum, & Steemit to name a few, will revolutionize current technology. The speed, decentralized nature, & future potential value will attract customers, government approval, & entrepreneurs from all over the world! I recently saw mastercard from indian government MasterCard was added to Enterprise Ethereums Alliance, which gives me more confidence than ever in Ethereum! This list of companies that are backing Ethereum & blockchain technology should have everyone excited that these companies are committed to improving blockchain technology & delivering it to the masses!
STEAMLINING & MAJOR UPGRADES
I recently read that Ethereum will need to make upgrades to handle Major ICO's & other scaling issues with big sell offs. Once the scalability is upgraded on the Ethereum's network, this will increase the market cap, longterm investors, & overall effectiveness with smart contracts. We know what Bitcoin is going through right now! Have y'all been seeing the prices! Just last week people were panicking & selling off, predicting doom & stress (another winning moment for the longterm investors). Lastly, a portion of everyone's population is going to have that older mindset about technology! For example I explained this to my father, uncle, & other older people. They instantly complained about the steps to downloading a wallet, where to buy bitcoin, & how to get other cheaper altcoins. So even though I thought, with this kind of future value potential, you better find out how to download a wallet; it does need to be streamlined to the point where it can be assessible to everyone like fiat cash (bitcoin ATM's need to be in every country). I would like to see it made available to invest in through 401k's and hedge funds/stocks. Once it's made assessible to the cry baby population (you know the complain about every little thing population & the hesitant technology population), I can see market caps going through to the moon & a lot more investors betting on a decentralized system!
