Warning: For the first time ever, BTC is more that 30% below/75 days behind on Mcafee's "Price Prediction Tracker"

Is this a bargain or a warning of lower prices to come? I am personally starting to feel a bit uneasy. It may get worse before it gets better, but I am still holding on to my small amount.
