Introduction
We already knew that bitcoin and other crypto coins in existence are all blockchain inspired algorithm and ecryption. in order to remove the central authority from controlling our finance and spending activities and to protect our very own privacy. the fact it eases pain when you transacting a large volume of money overseas due to low transaction fees and no documents or central banks involved.
Why the exchanges are affected?
Bitcoin and other crypto is based on supply and demand algorithm the price rise up when the supply is very rare or someone holds a big percentage of its total circulation specially the big investors. the bitcoin goes down when everyone is panicking and sell the bitcoins that cause supply very abundant. the reason why it fluctuates very rapidly because people or bitcoin holder are affected by the non-verified or fake news blogs and news to earn money and some news information are perfectly manipulated by the big company to destroy reputation.
What is the good about bitcoin that beneficial for us to trade?
The good about bitcoin is very opensource and everyone can develop and modify the codes, the white paper and information about the creation is very specific and clear can be found at www.bitcoin.org. It is beneficial to trade bitcoin just because it is the mother of all currency and the original the fist crypto ever created in the history of human kind.
Why it's not a bubble.
In my own analysis because it is decentralized in nature and it is based on supply and demand looks bubble speculations is a big hoax, big business men uses the influence of media to falsify the information at a large scale effect to the public. It's not bubble because the total supply is only 21million unlike other coins are very high supply and sounds scam or centralize.
My analysis from last February 2017 to date February 2018 the graphs show that the fluctuation is only having small difference.
From today bitcoin will slowly recovery because people like you who reading right now will hold your bitcoins that affects the supply and demand hold it don't panic selling.
