Ecash via cashu.me

If you're unfamiliar with ecash, you might want to take a look at it. There's stuff going on.

Short version...it's a way to send bitcoin with zero fees and more privately than with bitcoin. It's like handing over a dollar bill to an unseen person (no fee and private). There's more to it, but that's the gist.

I built an ecash treasure token prize into the Wusang game (see this post). It's a good 'ol pirate treasure chest hunt. Somebody will find/win and receive some real bitcoin sats. I thought I'd show how easy it is to accept ecash/bitcoin using a cashu wallet. My current preference is https://cashu.me due to its simplicity.

Here's a video with an example of:

1. setting up a cashu.me wallet (save your seed words!)
2. sending sats as ecash from wallet A to the new wallet

The copy/paste of the cashu token in the vid is how you would receive the @Wusang prize if you were to find it.
