Michelle van Tonder’s credentials include straight D’s in high school and a mother by 18 years old. Today she holds her PHD in Leadership and Management, which she achieved at 50. Her greatest accolade however is that she is a proud grandmother of 10 grandchildren. Michelle understands the struggles of being a single parent making it up the corporate ladder. Armed with her sewing machine, two children and a dog she managed to become a successful entrepreneur and business woman. She is married to Dr Anthony van Tonder. Michelle has assisted many women through her program ‘Woman of Wealth’ to overcome and become the women they are meant to be. She is an International Transformational Speak; TV and Radio Personality; she has authored a book called ‘How to get your Mom Degree’. Michelle’s tell-it-like-it-is attitude is a refreshing approach to success.

My true passion is educating people through self mastery. I love my 10 grandchildren and want to be a role model for them. I also love to travel and learn about new cultures. Having said that, I love being at home. (Happy wife, happy life)
What makes me unique?
I teach and share from my experiences of over 30 years of being in the corporate sector, what it was like to be a female in a male dominated retail environment as well as over R820,000 ($61 825) invested in personal development courses and training. I take all of my training, education and life experiences and use them to support you in your success. In a personal capacity, to assist individuals to deal with their stumbling blocks and become the person they were born to be. Michelle is the Master Trainer for John Maxwell Africa and is currently a Blair Singer Certified Trainee.
