Are Bitcoin transactions slow today... or it's just mine?

My transaction (Transaction ID: d9d5a7a1bdb0310a628a82f3e23c392a389170edfe3a2353e9455dafde68eb0a) is still pending/unconfirmed more than 4 hours later. Can someone tell me whats going on?!
