I am busy doing high level research on various Initial Exchange Offerings (IEO's) and what better place to keep my notes than on the Steem blockchain whilst sharing my learning experience with the rest of the people on Steemit.
In this post I will list the exchanges offering a solution for IEO's. This might help projects which are looking to do an IEO in the future. Although IEO's started back in 2017 and 2018, 2019 seems to be the year of the IEO. That is up to now in any case and we will see what the future holds.
General
Initial Exchange offerings are ran by various exchanges and allows Crypto Projects to partner with the exchange to execute the sale. The project releases a specific number of tokens for the sale and they receive the native Exchange token in return as investment funding.
In my opinion IEO's are much safer than the older Initial Coin Offerings as the exchange do their own research on the project which will assist potential buyers. In a certain respect the exchange is underwriting that it is a good project, but we should obviously all still do our own research before participating in any investment sale.
It is important to note that all IEO's on exchanges requires full KYC.

1. Binance Launchpad
In my opinion Binance Launchpad, is the best exchange to do an IEO as they have successfully launched IEO's on the Launchpad in January, February and March 2019.

2. Bitmax Launchpad
Bitmax is a fairly young exchange and recently started their launchpad to compete with the Binance Launchpad offering.

Current Price: $0.22
The coin saw significant growth in March 2019 as a result of the launchpad.
3. Kucoin Spotlight
Kucoin calls itself the peoples exchange and I have traded some coins there before. They do not have a too bad interface.

4. Bittrex IEO
I am a big fan of the Bittrex exchange and have started using it way back in 2016 to pay out some steem. I have been using the exchange daily since then. My favourite exhange is still Binance as I believe they are not only the leaders in the industry but are always ensuring they stay up to date with the current trends.
Bitrex Native token: I can't find the Bittrex Native token and believe that they are using BTC as part of their IEO's. PLease correct me in the comments section should I have missed the token.
Interstingly enough Bitrex cancelled their first IEO with the Raid token after some issues were introduced. I do not believe Bittrex has done an IEO as yet.
5. Huobi Prime
Huobi is a well known exchange and they have called their initial offering a DPO or Direct Premium Offering. They have seen significant growth in their native token after starting these initial offerings.

6. OK Jumpstart
There is not too much detail available on this offering yet. Their native token is a non-blockchain based token and cannot be used outside an exchange.

Current Price : I cannot find the price for this token on Coin Market Cap.
7. Bgogo Appolo
I have actually never heard of this exchange before I starting to do the high level research on IEO's. They have a very interesting approach where the potential buyers would need to write a short exam to prove that they know what the project that they are about to invest in are about.

Current Price: $0.001479
The tokens are priced very low and there might be an opportunity to buy some of these as it will potentially grow when the IEO's are excecuted. All other exchange coins boomed when they started doing IEO's
