When everything in the market is crashing while CLOAK COIN, seems to be charging along unaffected.

I have a few assumptions on this which are all probably wrong but nonetheless why not hear me rant! Big whales could be cashing profits into coins that can’t be traced easily so just in case the SEC tries to steal some of their capital gains for taxes, they won’t be able to seize the majority of their profits. CLOAK seems to have some potential I’ve been hearing big dawgs talk about it recently, and to be honest I’m kind of interested in the short-term potential. Although having said that I like to think that I have high ethics and would think that not declaring capital gains is a very cheeky maneuver. Another thing I’ve noticed is whenever USDT is over $1.00 to many people are taking out fiat profits for tether to compensate.
