If you are crypto- trader/enthusiast/advocate/etc and you are NOT on Telegram, then you are probably missing out on up-date-information as Telegram is the de facto destination that ICO companies use to distribute information and build their community.
This article points out that its is also the new metric for success:
"99% of all ICOs use Telegram as a channel to interact with their communities. This means that we can measure the strength of ICO communities by measuring how big these ICO Telegram groups are."
While you can find the cryptocurrency group that you are interested in, there are also other channels (Telegram "Group" allow chat while "Channels" are only for disseminating information) that disseminate trading signals, and market news.
