The real estate industry enters blockchain technology. The Dutch company Max Property Group starts working on its newly created Dominium platform, based on the Ardor blockchain.
Thanks to the innovative platform, Dominium users will be able to subscribe to online funds, digitally transfer KYC procedures, buy bonds from 1,000 euros, and exchange assets with other Dominium users. Dominium's real estate platform uses Ardor's blockchain technology to provide a range of real estate services, from launching regulated and unsettled real estate funds to project management, real estate offers and smart contracts, in many languages and in many countries. Until now, no other blockchain platform offered this combination of functions.
