We are always told "use two-factor authentication."
It will act as another padlock on your accounts and give you that extra bit of security.
However Cybersecurity experts at Positive Technologies have demonstrated that enabling two-factor authentication by text messages is less secure than you think.
They were able to intercept text messages of a user allowing them to reset his email password, including his Bitcoin wallet password which would of gave him access to al of the users funds.
Quite scary stuff but the more you know, the more prepared youll be.
