The thing about Bitcoin is that it reached almost a high of $7.8k today. Also with prices still being stable towards $7,350, there will be a price point of $8k sooner then what one might expect.
Yes, Bitcoin still have room for improvement. Yes, it is a boom just like the dot com boom. However, Bitcoin is here to stay. Trying to outlaw exchanges or make rules to state otherwise is unethically monopolizing the market. Bitcoin is still looked at as both an asset and medium of exchange. If you put the price of Bitcoin against Gold, it costs more.
