Former Gartman Letter's founder and former trader Dennis Gartman said that Bitcoin would be worth $ 5000 and that it was one of the most stupid things he has ever seen.
Speaking to CNBC about this, Gartman said digital currencies are illogical and will not do anything with this money.
Participating in the program "Futures Now," Gartman said:
"I'm pretty negative about Bitcoin. I think it's one of the stupid ideas I've heard. "
"I will not trade with him. I will not buy or sell it openly, "the expert said, noting that there is no currency for a non-real money.
The views of Gartman, who has long been on Wall Street, do not differ much from critical thinking that traditional economists have used Bitcoin.
Though previously cynical about the topic and later changed their minds, some - including central banks and states - believe that Bitcoin will be yo.
The CNBC channel, made by Gartman, appears to have changed the way it looks. CNBC, which previously had Bitcoin's neutral position, improved its position significantly. Bitcoin's all-out reminder channel has recently specially featured Bitcoin Cash.
CNBC's Fast Money section is particularly advanced in this regard. When Fast Money published articles devoted to Bitcoin Cash in Twitter, people thought it was a bit aggressive.
