There are no visible changes yet, since they depend not only on the miners, but also on the nodes. It is users who will start sending transactions soon, in which digital signatures will be separated from the transactions themselves, and the miners will pack them into blocks and confirm them. The transaction queue will begin to "resolve", and the blocks will become increasingly difficult to transfer over the network, but for users it will pass unnoticed.
Segwit is activated. The process will probably take a week, but it will not be stopped and there will be no turning back.
