Black Friday
For a long time now I've been wanting the Xiaomi M365 Electric Kick Scooter. This device I think is perfect for my situation. Every day in Holland I have to take the car to the train station and then take the train to my school. And upon arrival at my school station walk to my school. I think using the car for this and using gas is not necessary. The Xiaomi M365 is a small step with a 30KM range and 25KM/h top speed.

This step can also be folded and carried under your arm inside the train or any other transport. It has lights and an app with numerous other functions. Since black friday was here and I never really paid attention to black friday. I wondered if there would be a great deal available for discount. It turns out that they by now made multiple versions including "Europe" and "youth" versions. The Europe one coming with a Europe charger and a set of spare tires. And the youth version being the same thing but with less batteries and cheaper price. So the Europe version it was. It turned out to be in a discount of about 30% of the regular price. And I had one of the last 6 available orders! I paid a good total of 305 euro for it. This is good considering free shipping spare parts and no extra unexpected tax costs. *(hopefully)
The next great thing about it is going short distances to friends living close or to the park or beach without having to grab yourself motorcycle gear or find a car parking spot.
I could do the same thing with a normal bicycle but I've only got a expensive one without a proper lock. Especially for parties or when you having a drink its better to use this instead of a race bicycle.
I really like the design and always got inspired by the smart balance boards when I saw them. I think its time I have a electric vehicle. This one should be more practical and safer then the average smart balance board. And its kinda hipster.
Diavel Saturday
So I did an inquiry in the middle of the week on the Ducati website. To book in A test drive at the Ducati dealer in Melbourne. They called me back and told me I can come Saturday around 12. So I got there at 11:30 after my workout and started walking around in the showroom. After a while they came to when they had the time and I stated i was there for a test drive. They did not know about any test drives. After figuring it out for half a hour it turns out I was right but they did not enter it in their system. They gave me the change to drive it anyways. After all I was all setup with my camera and stabilizer and ready to go. Then it turnouts my international license was not enough or allowed to drive. I had to go back home without driving it. Ride cancelled. And they did not even offer me a coffee. Its a good thing these Ducati sell themselves or they would have been broke by now.
I've been looking on the internet as well and found a Ad that has really nice modifications done to it. It comes pretty close to what I want. Look at it!
Deliveroo Down
Friday I had a pretty good night on deliveroo work. I did about 8 orders in a 2.5 hour period. However Saturday I started my first order and noticed my mobile phone mount is not as tight as it used to be. My bike gearing downshift does not always get back to natural / home position. So not such a great start. Then my first order took almost 10 minutes to pick up. I've started my bike and the address stated simply "In the middle of this park." So i drove to the park and walked around it with no one being there. I was wearing the deliveroo gear so I look quite obvious. I assumed they made a mistake and went to the nearest park next to it. The same thing happened.
Then I called the customer phone number and it turns out it was someone completely different. I drove back to the restaurant and they told me to call deliveroo, So I did. Deliveroo also could not contact the customer and I had to wait 15 more minutes before I could continue with my next order. Meanwhile I was already really pissed of and a hour went past and me missing lots of profits. I could go on after that but I still had a family pack of Thai food in my backpack.. Instead of throwing that away I signed out of the app not having completed one order and went home to have some of the food. Work cancelled. My coach did not like it the next day. As that food was not considered good for my training.
No Moto Sunday
The night came and some guy on Facebook posted about going to a motorcycle expo in some village 2 hours away from my house. I agreed and then figured the next morning that its going to rain and storm all night. I kind of did not feel like going and backed out with a excuse that is semi truth.Ride cancelled. My bike gearing not being 100% okay. However the sad part about it is that the weather of the day turned out to be pretty okay. The radar / weather systems of Melbourne where talking about thunder storms all day and there was NONE. Thunderstorms cancelled.
There was a small rain in the earlier of the mornings however. I felt kind of sad without good reasons this day and decided to just walk and do some grocery. Instead of doing grocery I decided to walk some more and before I knew it I walked up 10+ KM to the central of the city and Melbourne museum. I however decided that I did not feel like doing a museum alone and moved on. I went to some thrift shop and saw a neon sign I wanted. Turns out that this is the only thing they did NOT sale. purchase cancelled.
I also came across a store called "Culture Kings" and they sell sneakers and watches and jackets. But they had a DJ playing the live mixes in the store.. I thought Holland was bad with the loud music in sneaker stores. This is a whole new level.
History of Rome
Lately I've been on Spotify listening to the history of Rome podcast while driving to and from work. I can really recommend it as it gives you a general idea on how the rise of Rome came and how rules got the way they are. However it is sometimes hard to remember all the names mentioned and to pay attention to driving my motorcycle at the same time. Also because English is not my primary language.
RBT
I haven't made a dedicated post on my RBT program as I see there is no interest in it anyways. I am currently in my last week as I am writing this and I think about not continuing the program for various reasons. It costs me time and money to cook healthy and the changes of my body are not exactly tremendous in any way. I will post the end result posts next week but its pretty mediocre in my opinion. I think I love beer to much as well and looking forward to drinking some beer again. Also I think it did not improve my date either. Not being able to drink. Workout cancelled.
Bitcoin.
Luckily there is a thing called bitcoin. It has gone up a lot by the last week! *(9000 USD!)I am officially on 50% of my target goal right now! Its starting to look like I might reach my goal one day. If this keeps going on for a few more months. That motorcycle will be mine. However I am worried about Bitcoin cash as its also raising. I do not own enough bitcoin cash as I got my bitcoin after the first fork. I hope the original bitcoin stays ahead and cash is just a hype. I feel like the bitcoin gold or diamond as just silly attempts to scam on the name of the original and grow big fast. As the rules of copyright do not go for block chains.
