Pineapple Fund, a bitcoin charity started in Dec 2017 by an anonymous donor with the Reddit handle /u/PineappleFund, promised to match $4 million in donations to the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) for MDMA-based PTSD research. The non-profit charity aims to raise $25 million in donations for Phase 3 of their FDA approve trials for psychotherapy of PTSD patients.
