Since Satoshi Nakamoto first made BitCoin about 10 years ago in 2008 - 2009,
we know the Bitcoin price change for the last 10 years.
Since BitCoin price soaring in 2017 and early 2018,
we all have seen the responses from the public and governments at least for the last 6 months.
At this time, at the same time,
there came two very contradicting predictions
for BitCoin 10 years later, for the same time in the future
from great universities and great scholars.
