Overall, I like the concept, but it all seems too good to be true. I do not like how their team has handled criticism, and brigading posts that disagree with them is very petty. I think this should cause quite a concern. For now, I will stick with PotCoin. I'm still interested to see how ParagonCoin does after the ICO. But $1.00 per token is way too steep.
