Unless this is some kind of false move, then bitcoin has moved to a new channel. Notice this can drop all the way to 2800 and stay in the channel.
On the numerical, it doesn't seem to be at the top on the weekly chart. It might be on the daily chart. However it can stay in one spot until it gets to the 9 and then turn around.
RSI is super overbought daily but not weekly.
