Bitcoin mining rate depends upon the Speed of your GPU faster the GPU more the bitcoins u can mine....
bitcoin mining is very slow process so dont mine with slow graphic cards .......Yes you can mine with anything wish but to make profit i recommend at least "Getforce GTX 1080" or higher...because mining puts a great toll on your GPU.
You can also use apps like MSI Afterburner to boost or keep the record of the GPU

For the dedicated miners you can USE specially integrated mining chips called as ASIC chips which are quite expensive but can miner way faster than the normal computers
