The preliminary process for a Bitshares team within the Genesis Fractal has officially started. An important distinction to note is that Bitshares will be a team within the Genesis Fractal as opposed to a separate independent Fractal. This path allows for proper development in the infancy stages as we build our team up. We seek to grow the bitshares team by utilizing and displaying the power of fractal governance and providing a use case for Fractally as they fine tune the system and seek widespread adoption. Pascal Ngu Cho and myself invite members to our Bitshares fractal page where relevant discussions will be ongoing. This post will detail the short, medium, and long term goals and visions of the Bitshares team.
An important note to remember for businesses that want to develop on the blockchain. Note:
- The establishment of weekly meetings has been set for Tuesday at 11am EST starting Aug 9th
Short term goals:
- Forming a team within Genesis Fractal
- Engaging regular constructive communication and discussions in the Bitshares fractal message board
- Launching a BTS governance token modeling the tokenomics of the Fractally Respect token which will be allocated to contributors of the team
Medium term goals:
- Work on deepening integration of fractal communities through creative means, liquidity pools, business partnerships, sponsoring fractal communities, working with projects and teams like BEOS and Fractally in Orbit, consensus meetings, etc
- Focus on marketing bitshares networks to businesses by providing them all the superior benefits of bitshares and its new fractal features
- Focus on XBTS DEX and Smartholdem chain, we want to increase marketing of these two projects bringing more users and increasing liquidity and volume, as well as helping address any needs or concerns that are outstanding or arise
- Modeling our Token Distribution aligned with that of Fractally White Paper
- Once our team a reaches healthy community membership and contribution levels, then we will launch a new Bitshares Fractal where upon multiple teams will meet up for the weekly consensus meetings, adding substantial constant value to the bitshares network and by extension Fractally network
- Having a wide array of constant decentralized contributions from marketing, developing, networking, integrations, etc, capitalizing of fractal governance unique abilities to turbocharge public goods
Long term goals:
- Become the Nasdaq counterpart in the DAO of DAO’s
- Bitshares Fractal Team seeks to incorporate the #1 factor in the success and or failure of e-commerce, which is TRUST! We seek to provide businesses this factor along with the unique technological capapbilities of bitshares i.e. lighting fast speeds, DEX, smart contract, token factory etc in conjuction with integrating with EOS development, infrastructure, Dapps etc
