It has been more than two months since the OpenLedger which is a decentralized exchange built on the BitShares blockchain has shut down their cryptocurrency gateways for Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and other major cryptocurrency coins without any reason or explanation, nor OpenLedger users were notified about it.
This is very unprofessional and it deserves further investigation, simply you cannot hold user's funds for months and give them no clue of what is going on. Besides that, who is going to cover the crypto volatility losses since there are no active stablecoins on OpenLedger to protect your money, when OpenLedger closed the gateways the price per Bitcoin was ~9,000$, currently it's 6,000$, that's 33% loss on your funds and who is going to pay for that, I guess no one because OpenLedger has proven once again that they are shithole exchange and they are harming the BitShares project and BitShares community. This is their second accident, the first one was last year when their website was hijacked and a ton of users lost their cryptos. So @mtopenledger, I publicly ask you what is going on with user's funds and when this whole drama will end, you are eligible to give us info!
