Bittrex has noted in a recent support article "NOTE: We are no longer removing the BTS wallet at this time. Please refer to this article for more information: https://bittrex.zendesk.com/knowledge/articles/36000139964". I still personally recommend that anyone with BTS being held by Bittrex would be best to withdraw their balances. More information HERE
