Help guys Please.

Someone messaged me on steemchat that he will do $30 upvote on my post after I send 4 sbd to him.
I told my bad situation to him, but he didn't wanna try to understand.

He repeatedly trying me send him 4 sbd on his bittrex account. But I told him that I have to pay my house rent and if i don't, the landlady will throw me out from rented house. But after that he told me 'he will help me after i send 4 sbd and will me 4 sbd return in next day.

After i rejected, He told me that I was toyed him and he will gonna flag me. I don't know what to do in this situation. I was trying to give him another option but after all this he again told me to send sbd.
