I joined Steemit few months ago. I haven't checked my account frequently in the past. I can now see people discussing abut the financial related benefits one can obtain just by becoming an active member. As an addicted social media user, I usually spend several hours per day browsing through Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Telegram. If Steemit is really beneficial as many claim, then:

1. What amount of money can one get from this?

2. How can I change the steem dollars into real cashes?

3. What Steem dollar amount is equivalent to 1 USD?
